How to excel in job interviews

Interviews are a key part of the recruitment process, giving employers a chance to assess your skills, personality, and fit. Understanding what interviewers look for and how to present yourself confidently is essential for success.

What can you expect?

You will step into the recruiter’s shoes, analyse STARR answers, and discover what truly separates average candidates from “must hire” talent. You will learn how to read the room, handle tricky questions with confidence, and manage your nerves, leaving a lasting impression on employers. (Spoiler: saying “I’m a perfectionist” won’t cut it!)

You will develop the ‘effective communicator’ and ‘reflective and resilient’ graduate attributes to stay cool under interview pressure.

Byddwch yn dysgu sut i asesu’r awyrgylch, ymdrin â chwestiynau anodd yn hyderus, a rheoli eich nerfau, gan adael argraff barhaol ar gyflogwyr. (Rhybudd: ni fydd dweud “Dwi'n berffeithydd” yn ddigon!)

Byddwch yn datblygu'r rhinweddau graddedigion 'cyfathrebwr effeithiol' a 'bod yn fyfyriol ac yn wydn' i beidio â chynhyrfu o dan bwysau cyfweliad.
