This is a seated event - think massive tables full of your new mates!

There are two tickets avaliable:

• Individual 
• Table Of Six

They both get the same event, the table of six just counts for 6 tickets. See the T&Cs and the end of the page.

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Entry Policy

Strictly 18+, student ID required.

Advance tickets guarantee you entry until 20:00 after this time tickets will still remain valid however entry will be given depending on venue capacity.

Student guests are permitted - one guest per Cardiff University student. You must provide valid photo ID (Passport or Driving License) and a alternative student ID card.

Y Plas is one of the largest Students’ Union nightclubs in the UK, with the city’s biggest and best club nights. We’re proud that these events are a core part of the Cardiff student experience.

Ensuring students can have fun safely is fundamental to how we run every event. As a not-for-profit venue, we invest heavily in safety initiatives – from welfare spaces and trained staff to clear policies that prioritise inclusion and respect.

In return, we require our attendees to help keep themselves and others in the club safe by playing their part to keep the student community safe and ensuring at all times, their behaviours in the club are in line with our code of practice.

Group Of Six T&Cs:
 

• Entry for Up to Six Guests
  This ticket permits entry for a group of up to six (6) individuals. Standard event entry terms and conditions apply to all guests and are separate from these terms.

• Seating Arrangements
  While every effort will be made to seat all six guests together, we cannot guarantee that all members of the group will be seated at the same table.

• Group Arrival Required
  All six guests must arrive together at the venue in order to be admitted under this ticket. Partial group arrivals may be refused entry.
