We’re delighted to be collaborating with Iris Prize and Cardiff University’s Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Anti-racism Hub to showcase a collection of extraordinary short films that have been honoured and celebrated at the 2023 Iris Prize LGBTQ+ Film Festival.

Seth Edmonds
Seth has worked with Iris Prize since graduating in 2022 - initially starting as a paid intern facilitated through Cardiff University where he studied Journalism, Media, and Sociology he is now employed full time as Assistant to the Director.
  
AJ Lumley
AJ worked at Iris Prize as a paid intern, facilitated through Cardiff University and For Cardiff, in September of 2023. His main roles were creating social media content, and hosting Q&As and interviews with the filmmakers.
 
Liam Williams
Liam, who is a Media and Communications student was one of the interns from JOMEC who earned the internship as university liaison for the festival. During the course of the internship he created marketing materials, copy, set up events within universities such as screenings focused on generating student interest in Iris.
