Having low mood can impact all aspects of student life, whether it’s not wanting to socialise, finding it hard to get motivated to study, or not making an effort to cook a healthy meal.
Student Minds Cardiff helps to support students with low mood by facilitating weekly self-help support groups. As a member of Student Minds you can help to raise awareness of all mental health disorders through campaigns, as well as hosting various fundraising events.
Develop the skills to coordinate a self-help support group for the Cardiff University community. These self-help support groups are designed to create non-triggering environment for pro-recovery discussion.
