About Us
Lawyers Without Borders (LWOB) Cardiff is a student-led society committed to advancing justice and promoting the rule of law on a global scale. We aim to give students the opportunity to engage with international legal issues while developing a deeper understanding of the challenges faced by communities around the world.
Our Focus
We place particular emphasis on human rights, access to justice, and the importance of cross-cultural understanding. By connecting students with global justice initiatives, we foster an environment where members can broaden their perspectives and contribute to meaningful discussions that extend beyond the classroom.
What We Do
Through events such as panel discussions, the Justicia human rights conference, the Rule of Law Innovation Challenge, and the LWOB Annual Forum, we provide unique opportunities to engage with pressing international issues. Our activities are designed not only to educate but also to inspire the next generation of lawyers to think critically and act responsibly on a global stage.
