Hello and welcome to the official page of Cardiff Hooked Society! This is the society for anyone who likes to get creative and enjoys crocheting or knitting (plus other crafts)! Everyone is welcome, whether you're a pro hooker or are just getting started and want to learn a new craft. We run a weekly session alongside an exciting calendar of socials which we're sure will have you "Hooked" in no time! We meet from 6 - 7.30 on Wednesday evenings, usually in the John Percival building. Keep an eye out on our Instagram @cardiffhookers to find out where we will be each week!
What does a membership get you? Becoming a member of Hooked allows you to purchase kits/tickets to our events throughout the year, such as the Hooked Christmas Dinner, themed socials, collabs with other societies, and charity events. You'll be added to our mailing list to receive updates about special events we hold throughout the year. A membership also allows you to run and vote in the committee elections each year.
