*Education*: Extend beyond the standard curriculum, delving into the nuances of various anaesthetic/EM/ITU specialties, ensuring a comprehensive understanding.
*Guidance*: Offer invaluable insights from trainees, providing practical advice to strengthen CVs for competitive anaesthetic training posts.
*Exploration*: Deliver talks from experienced clinicians, delving into their career journeys and gaining unique perspectives on anaesthetics.
*FUN*: Prioritize enjoyable learning experiences, creating a vibrant community where members can learn and make friends while immersing themselves in this captivating field.
