Women in Business Society
๐ Welcome to the Women in Business Society! ๐ผโจ
We’re a friendly and inclusive community for students interested in business, careers, leadership, entrepreneurship and personal development. ๐ Whether you’re studying a business-related degree or simply curious about the world of work, our society is a place to meet new people, build your confidence and make valuable connections. Everyone is welcome! ๐ฉ๐ผโจ
A big part of our society is bringing people together, which is why we are aiming to host two events a month throughout the year:
A social event: A chance to have fun, meet new people and build genuine friendships. From relaxed socials to bigger nights and activities, we want to create a community where everyone feels comfortable getting involved!
A business & development event: Focused on helping you expand your knowledge, confidence and professional skills. This could include: Networking opportunities, external guest speakers, CV and LinkedIn workshops and so much more!
Our goal is to create a supportive community where women can learn from one another, share experiences, grow their networks and feel empowered to achieve their goals, whilst also making the most of university life!
Keep up with us on Instagram @cardiffwib for upcoming socials, events and opportunities throughout the year! ๐ท
Come and be part of our community — make friends, grow your network and empower each other! ๐๐ผโจ
