Sometimes the desire for perfection can cause stress, anxiety and depression. This workshop will help you to understand the process that leads into, and maintains perfectionism, and the effect it is having on your wellbeing. You’ll be taught techniques and strategies to help you to re-evaluate and change your perfectionist beliefs and behaviours.
In this session we will also touch on managing procrastination. Strategies that you learn in this workshop will stand you in good stead for coping with the demands of your academic work and in the workplace. Having a healthy balance between high standards and your psychological Wellbeing will enable you to not only achieve your goals, but enjoy life more whilst you are achieving.
