Leadership In Difficult Situations Workshop 27/10/21

Many people are put off from attaining leadership roles because they fear possible confrontation and adverse reactions from the members of staff they will be responsible for. Others handle these situations indifferently resulting in a bad working environment. This unit looks at how effective supervision helps smooth the transition from team member to team leader and how to overcome some interpersonal challenges you may face in the leader role.
Please adhere to the following instructions when you've booked our face to face taught workshops:
- Do NOT attend if you have a temperature or are feeling unwell
- Wash your hands regularly and use the hand sanitizer provided in the training rooms
- Clean down the surface of desks prior to and after attending the workshops using the substance and cloths provided
- Wear masks throughout the building and if instructed to during the session by the trainer.
