“Getting the gift of the gab”
This unit will focus on the customer journey and how the seller must adapt their style and approach with different personality types. You will get the opportunity to practice selling techniques so that you can influence consumers or anyone browsing your products or services. You will also be introduced to consumer legislation so that you will know how to advertise and offer products and services without risk of consumer compensation.
