Introduction to Ashtanga Yoga with Rae
Ashtanga is a challenging but accessible practice characterised by strong, flowing movements with an emphasis on harnessing and synchronising the breathe. Rae plans to discuss the fundamentals of the style together with a thorough run-through of the foundational asanas.
1 - 3pm, Sunday the 2nd of April in the Great Hall. This is a bargain at £5!! Tickets must be bought in advance.
Please bring your own mat, wear suitable clothing, and some water.
