We are running an inversions and back bends workshop at Hotpod Yoga Cardiff to give you all the opportunity to try different types of yoga!

IMPORTED INFORMATION:
1. please can everyone bring a bath towel to the class for grip, alternatively you can hire one of Hotpod's grippy mats for £2
2. please arrive by 2:15pm so we can be ready for the class to start
3. everyone who comes to the social has to sign a waiver which I will post closer to the time (this social is not suitable for poeple who faint easily)
