Its the final event of the year. not to late to try out your first cross country and also a good opportunity to have a lovely day in Pembrey Country park one of the nicest places in wales :). Expected to be a lovely hilly run in the lovely welsh sun the ladies will be running a gentle 6km and the men running a relaxing 10km. dafydd is excited to be seing you all running there :)
