We will meet back of SU at 6.30pm then head out for a fun relay session around Cathays, which will be led by a member of our friendly committee. This will mark the start of a weekly Thursday session where interval sessions will be led around Roath or in Cathays. Sessions usually last around an hour. All abilities welcome!
