American Football is a game combining great physicality and tactical awareness. The beauty of American Football is that it is open to people of all shapes and sizes, with assets such as speed, agility, and brute force being of equal importance. You cannot be too big, nor too small to play American Football. Absolutely no previous experience of the game is required - our excellent coaching staff will help you to become the best player that you can be! All that is required is a willingness to learn, a love of competitiveness, and a desire to play THE most intense, enjoyable, and rewarding sport at Cardiff University.
Please wear appropriate sports clothing and moulded boots (no metal studs).
