Event Information
We are Cardiff WEMS - Wilderness and Expedition Medicine Society and combine all things outdoors with a useful bit of medicine thrown in for good measure! This will be a days hike where we will be climbing Sugar Loaf: a great mountain to do if you haven't done much walking but equally provides fab views from the top. Hot chocolate and snacks, plus great company will be provided - even with some useful first aid too. See you on the mountain! (Note: We are open to ALL Cardiff Students so please don't be put off if you're not doing a healthcare specific course. We are a friendly bunch and can't wait to see you at our GIAG!)

It's going to be cold tomorrow so please remember to bring plenty of layers and wrap up! At the bare minimum please bring:
Sturdy walking boots or wellies
Waterproof coat
Packed lunch
