Meet Mr Justice Foxton, Judge in Charge of the Commercial Court, who will review topical issues in the law of tax, defamation, criminal law, liability in negligence, restraint of trade, breach of contract and copyright and Norwich Pharmacal orders.
This session is subtitled, “Rugby and the Law: A Review of the Significant Legal Issues Arising from the National Game”.
