Join our online zoom yoga class at 10am on Saturday 21/11 from the comfort of your own home with the wonderful LucYoga! All money goes to Welsh Hearts Charity, raising money for a community defibrillator. The Zoom link will be emailed out to you prior to the event. It will cost £5 per person and £9 if you want to get your whole household involved! The class will run for 1 hour and caters to all abilities - whether you are a seasoned yogi or just interested in a little bit of fun. Thank you for your donations and see you there!
