CULF: Weekly Workout

CULF will be conducting weekly 30 minute zoom fitness sessions between 1st March - 5th April, hosted by the first team captain. This event is presented as part of the Wellbeing Calendar!

The sessions will be HITT in nature, but will focus on specific areas of the body too. No equipment will be required, but a water bottle is fully recommended!! There are no expectations from any participants, it's just a chance to keep fit and boost our moral, both factors that contribute to positive mental health.
