Event Information
Black-Out the Stigma aims to provide a platform for Black and Ethnic Minority identifying students and others to explore Mental Health in a session facilitated and led by #WOKEWeekly. Black-Out the Stigma aims to create a safe-space for students to discuss Mental and Health and Wellbeing with a view to learn more about Black specific Mental Health issues and promoting good Mental Health and Wellbeing for yourself and others.
Black-Out the Stigma is also an opportunity to network with like-minded individuals and learn more about the different approaches to Mental Health issues that may be required for Ethnic Minority identifying students. Most importantly, Black-Out the Stigma aims to actively tackle the stigma attached to the discussion of Mental Health and Wellbeing.
