Private Rented Housing

Cardiff University does not generally provide halls accommodation for students in the second, third or fourth year of study. Most students will move out of halls and into private rented accommodation. Remember that there's no rush to find a house. Housing supply outstrips demand in Cardiff, meaning relatively low prices and there not being a need to rush.

Our advisers have written some guidance below to ensure living in private rented accommodation does not dedract from your university experience. If you have any questions email advice@cardiff.ac.uk or come and see us on the third floor of the Students' Union.
