Players have gone on to play for the Cardiff Blues, Ospreys, Llanelli Scarlets and even internationally for Wales.
Cardiff are looking for another victory after their win in 2012, but with Swansea having a history of fielding players like Alun Wynn Jones, Ritchie Pugh and Dwayne Peel, the challenge will certainly be tough.
