Awards Nomination

Have you been really impressed with someone you've volunteered with over September? If so, you should nominate them for an Award at the Students' Union Team Awards Ball on 3rd October 2018. A full list of awards and the nomination form are below.

List of Awards

1. Gave it a Go Award

For outstanding services to the Give it a Go Project. This person has gone over and above in their commitment to improving the experience of students through the Give it a Go Project.

2. Paparazzi Award

For services to the Photography Team. For the production of beautiful photographs that will allow us to forever remember how wonderful Freshers 2018 was. You may see their work on display at the Students' Union Team Awards Ball.

3. Kylie Jenner Award

For the best selfie entered in the selfie-competition 2018.

4. Churchill War Rooms Award

For vital services to the Control Centre. This person acted as a vital link between Team Leaders and the Union. They heard some things, and dealt with it with confidence and grace.

5. Tigger Award

Given to the most enthusiastic, most wonderful, most uplifting member of the Team.

6. They see me En-rolling Award

For valuable services to the enrolment team. This person has gone above and beyond whilst working Students' Union enrolment.

7. Central Perk Award

The friendliest person. This person has been warm, welcoming and thoroughly... nice!

8. Duracell Bunny Award

We don't know where this person gets their energy. They just haven't stopped being absolutely wonderful. And we love them for it. 

9. Halls of Frame Award

For outstanding services while on shift in Halls. This person has gone above and beyond to make sure that Halls are just a little bit nicer.

10. Welfare Warrior Award

This person has improved and enhanced the welfare of fellow team members and students. They've been a force for good and you're incredibly glad they were there.

Prestige Awards

These are the top four awards we can confer. Expect a nice trophey and some stiff competition.

Nomination Form

Simply submit your nomination below and we'll present it to the Awards and Nomination Committee. We'd strongly encourage being as detailed as possible and giving specific examples to accompany your words. Ultimately we'll need to be able to evidence why a decision has been made, and the decision will only be made based on information submitted through the online form below.
