Environmental interests and to campaign on any relevant issues.
About Me
Hi! My name is Flavie and I’m a third-year Biological Sciences Undergraduate student, with a deep interest in environmental and ethical issues. My degree has taught me a lot of the climate and biodiversity crisis, and how important it is to implement effective measures to tackle them.
I think that tacking issues such as climate change and plastic pollution is as important at the university level than at it is on a more global scale. As Ethical and Environmental Officer, I am involved in meetings such as the SU Climate Emergency meetings, the University Climate Emergency meetings and the Sustainability Week Organisation meetings.
My main priorities for the year include:
- My campaigning goals have slightly changed over the year, as I have become more aware of the feasibility of certain measures and as new ideas have emerged.
