Event Information
Our award-winning event is open to everyone for only £5, with ALL equipment (£500 worth!), and ammo provided with the GIAG ticket, for as many games as you can handle.
In our very own Students’ Union, the Great Hall with be unrecognizable after we transform it into a 5v5 close-quarters combat zone, as suggested by the name CQC (Close-Quarter Combat). Featured will be an awesome killhouse and a balcony from which to view the games.
Bring your mates down for a great time and a taster of what airsoft is like. You are more than encouraged to chat to us and ask any questions you may have about our Society or airsoft in general.
All we need you to bring is your energy and some shoes with good grip!
ALL MEMBERS AND NON-MEMBERS WELCOME, REGARDLESS OF KIT OWNED.
TICKETS: if you are looking to take part in this Give It A Go event to try out airsoft, please go for the GIAG “General Afternoon Slot” ticket.
If you are a member, go buy your “Members” ticket!
The Great Hall on the SU’s first floor will be open from 11:00-16:00. Please make sure you arrive in time, as there will be a safety briefing! If you miss this, you will NOT be allowed to play. From then, you can leave at any time you fancy.
Tickets will go live October 1st. While they will be available at the door, this event always sells out, so if you want to guarantee a place make sure you buy in advance through the SU’s website! Do please remember your student ID.
Again, do NOT be late and miss the safety briefing!
