Join us in Eastgate House for an inspirational workshop by Zoe Wright from the Real Birth Company - an organisation that aims to promote natural birth and empower women to believe in their bodies. The workshop will include a discussion on birth trauma and its’ effect on women and their families, the use of language in maternity care with antenatal education, and The Real Birth Programme and it’s findings. There will be a short break and light refreshments during the session.
