We are looking for more people to get involved - So come along and meet the committee and find out how you can help to improve the welfare of other students.
Mind your Head is a very passionate group of students who to reduce the stigma of talking about mental health and provide opportunities to support the mental wellbeing of students whilst at Cardiff. In the past they have hosted wellbeing cafes, lead group walks and even set up a school outreach project.
