Ever heard of Ultimate Frisbee? Come along to the Give it a Go session to find out more about the sport and what this ultimate sport involves! Whether its the first time you've heard of ultimate frisbee or you've been playing it for months come along and give No Frills a go, see you on Sunday 1st on the Talybont 3G. Bring sports clothes and shoes, astro shoes if its wet would be great.
