Opening Up is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting awareness of mental health and wellbeing amongst cricketers. This year Opening Up is one of two charities that Cardiff University Men's Cricket Club (CUCC) will be supporting. We are happy that Mark will be able to deliver a session roughly 30 minutes in length entitled 'Mind & Body". While this event is intended for CUCC members, we encourage anyone who would like to hear what he is going to say to come along.
