Welcome to Cardiff University Nam Pai Chuan Kung Fu Society!

Join one of our Give It A Go sessions to try it out and see if it’s for you. This session is on Tuesday 4th October (19.30-21.30) at Talybont Sports Centre. We’ll be meeting at reception and one of our senior members will take you to through to our courts.

Please wear a sports kit or comfortable clothing that you can move around in and remember to bring a water bottle with you! We normally train bare foot but feel free to bring trainers if you're more comfortable.
