The Cardiff Uni Kung Fu club trains its students in a mix of self-defence and combat techniques - such as striking, sparring, grappling and take downs - and more traditional aspects, such as Form work and weaponry. Our sessions are a great way to work out whilst learning to defend yourself, and help build self confidence and fitness. We warmly welcome beginners!
Join our Give It A Go session to try it out, watch some demonstrations of the more traditional aspects, and then join us at the pub afterwards to get to know others who might train with you!
