Event Information
Time to celebrate all your hard work this year kicking butt and generally being bad-ass; we know its not easy.
For the measly price of £30, you can join us at the Angel Hotel for welcome drinks & a 3 course dinner with wine, followed by a night out either at Live Lounge or Soda.
This is undoubtedly the best event of the year and well worth the money so don't even think about not going.
We will need your meal choices before the 20th of May so please read below and let us know what you want either on the facebook page or you can email Charlotte at Gurney-ReadC@cardiff.ac.uk (social sec) thanks :D
MEAL CHOICES
Starters:
- Tomato & basil soup served with herb croutons and crusty bread (v)
- Chicken liver parfait with crusty bread and served a side of spiced pear compôte
- Salmon, dill and crème fraîche mousse
- Braised ham hock and herb terrine served with crusty bread and chutney
Mains:
- Chicken supreme served with a roasted tomato and pepper sauce
- Poached salmon served with confit bell peppers, drizzled with a watercress sauce
- Roasted loin of pork accompanied by parsnip purée and a cider jus
- Roast vegetable wellington with an olive and tomato dressing (V)
Desserts:
- Traditional vanilla cheesecake drizzled with raspberry coulis
- Indulgent chocolate tart served simply with Chantilly cream
- Eton Mess with a dash of raspberry eau de vie
