Event Information
The biggest caving weekend of the year is on the horizon....CHECC is back in Yorkshire this year! Mumford and Grainger will be driving - be nice to them, it's a bloody long way to drive a busload of us! For those returning faces - you know what it's all about. For any newbies, CHECC is an anual event where university caving clubs from across the country get together for an almighty piss up, compete in the usual caving game shenanigans, and do some pretty damn excellent caving. Expect to make the best memories you'll never remember!
If you've not had the chance to come away with us yet - don't worry. CHECC is the perfect weekend to get to know everyone and see what caving is all about!

Boring but necessary bits:
The trip will be leaving on Friday afternoon and coming back Sunday evening. It costs £40, which covers transport, accommodation, 2 breakfasts and dinner on Saturday. You'll need to have full membership before coming on the trip, which can also be bought with the tickets!
What to bring:
A sleeping bag, roll mat, spare warm clothes, waterproof shoes, waterproof jacket, clothes for 2 days caving, towel/shower stuff, food for 2 lunches and Friday evening. If there's any equipment you need and don't have, drop a post on here - someone will find you a spare of whatever you need!
If you have any dietry restrictions or allergies let us know so we can plan accordingly. We'll be stopping at Tesco on the way to stock up on beer and munchies.
