XC / intervals endurance session led by our professional coach happening every Saturday morning. Location varies, depending on time of year & running season. We sometimes use the Cyncoed track, or the grass at Llandaff Fields. Sometimes we do the Cardiff Bute Park Parkrun instead, or run a trip for a sand dunes session at Merthyr Mawr Sand Dunes.

For middle and long-distance runners, all abilities welcome. Kit: running kit, road running shoes (or XC spikes if on grass).
