Event Information

Intervals session led by our professional coach happening every Thursday evening (at the Bute Park cycleway behind the Blackweir Tavern off North Road, meet at 6:30 pm there or at 6:15 pm at the back of the SU). For middle and long-distance runners, all abilities welcome. Kit: running kit, road running shoes fine.
