Fancy trying training, but at the same time trying something different to running? Come and try our fun relays around Cathays Park, led by our wonderful cross country captains and committee. After this, interval training will be run every Thursday in both Roath and Cathays. Whether you are a first time runner or a seasoned veteran, sessions are aimed at everyone, so perfect for getting the miles in - or just making friends. This session is also absolutely free! So, that said, why not come and #giveitago?
Bring along sports clothing, a water bottle, trainers and an optional hoodie
