Interested in laparoscopy, learning surgical skills or just want to know a bit more about Cardiff University's Surgical Society? Then please come along to CUSS's second FREE Give It A Go session of the year!
Our surgical skills sessions give you opportunity to come along and learn some basic surgical skills - this session will focus teaching on laparscopic (key hole) skills.
You'll get an introductory theory session followed by hands-on practical training provided by junior doctors and experienced surgeons. This gives you a chance to learn some great new skills (or brush up on them!) using excellent equipment based in the Medicenter at University Hospital Wales in a relaxed and friendly environment where you're able to learn at a pace that suits you.
Refreshments will be provided and all attendees will even get a certificate of attendance.
