Our speakers:
Physiotherapy Lecturer Sian Knott who has done has been the Lead Physiotherapist at Sport Wales, Head Physio for the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games the physio for Wales Rugby 7s, current Celtic Dragons (Professional Netball), Pentyrch RFC and Welsh Gymnastics.
Dr Katy Guy will talk about her experiences of traveling with Team Wales at the games, plus in her roles as team doctor for Swansea RFC and Chief Medical Officer for the Cardiff & Swansea half marathons.
