An opportunity to try aerial hoop! We have new hoops and can't wait for everyone to try them and to have fun on aerial hoop. Aerial hoop is amazing for fitness and it's really fun to do! Come along and try aerial hoop. Can't wait to see you all!

Aerial hoop is a way that you can become fit in a fun friendly environment. 


When you get to the GIAG session, you will be taught beginner moes to give you a little insight into what hoop is all about. 

It is a fun way to get fit and make friends. 


The session will be 1 hour long and will consist of a warm up, lesson and a cool down. I can't wait to see you all there!!
