Event Information

This is a great opportunity to try out pole sport! 

 

It will be a 1 hour session which will consist of a warm up, GIAG session and a cool down. The lesson will be focusing on beginner moves and give you an insight into what pole fitness is all about. 

We really hope you have fun and can't wait to see you all there!

 

You will need: 

- shorts
