Come along and experience a taste in pole fitness. You will be given beginner skills to learn and practice to see if this is the sport for you. It is fun, friendly and a great way to get fit and make friends.

This is a great opportunity to try out pole sport!
It will be a 1 hour session which will consist of a warm up, GIAG session and a cool down. The lesson will be focusing on beginner moves and give you an insight into what pole fitness is all about.
