Event Information
The AGM is your chance to hear from your Society Committee about what they've been doing, scrutinise decisions throughout the year, and make changes to the Society to help it thrive in the future. The meeting will consist of:
- The President's Annual Report
- The Treasurer's Financial Report
- Constitutional Amendments
- Approval of the Constitution
- Any Other Business
Procedural Motions and Other Business can be brought up on the day by speaking to the Procedural Chair.
For Constitutional Amendments, in section (3), please forward your proposed amendment to us in advance at mathssociety@cardiff.ac.uk to be added to the Agenda. For reference, the Constitution in its current form has been added to our website. If you have any questions, please do reach out to us and we will be happy to advise!
We will be providing pizza to attendees, so make sure you register for your free ticket to secure your place!
