The event you've all been waiting for is back...

Celebrate the academic year with a night full of dancing, socialising, and fun at the End-of-Year Summer Ball! This truly is a night to remember, so make sure to grab your tickets before they sell out; you don't want to miss this!

Date: Saturday 5th April 2025

Time: 19:00 - 23:30 (19:00 - 21:30: Dinner, 21:30 - 23:30: DJ and Dancefloor) 

Location: Cardiff Marriot Hotel, Mill Ln, Cardiff CF10 1EZ

Ticket Price: £40 for Society members, £45 for non-members (plus 1's permitted with the purchase of an additional ticket/s) 

Dress Code: Black Tie / Formal Attire

The ticket price of £40 / £45 covers everything you need to have a night to remember: the cost of the venue, dinner, entertainment, photographer, and unlimited use of the photobooth!

Tickets can be purchased for members and non-members, and are not exclusive to students and staff, so make sure to invite you friends, partners, family, and anybody else you want to dance the night away with!

All photography will be available to download after the event, so make sure to flash your best smile!

Tickets are on sale until Friday March 28th @ 23:59, with no exceptions! Please make sure to fill out your seating arrangements and dietary requirements by then too.

Everyone is welcome at the event, physicist or not (or something in between!), and your attendance would mean a lot to our society. We're excited to share this amazing night with you! :)
