Blank Verse is a non-audition all-girls choir that hosts weekly rehearsals in the large lecture theatre in the school of music on Corbett Road.
We are opening our rehearals again to all those who wish to give the choir a go, to find out whether they'd be interested in joining without the committment.
This session will involve vocal warmups as well as rehearsing various pieces we are preparing for our Winter Concert in December which is the showcase of all our hard work throughout the semester.
We have also teamed up with the Cardiff Volunteering scheme 'Periods in Poverty' to collect sanitary items for disadvantaged women. We will have a collection bin at rehearsal so please feel free to bring along unused, wrapped sanitary items such as tampons or sanitary towels to be donated to this very deserving cause.
