“Nailing The Competency-based Interview – techniques to enhance your performance”. The aim is to help you enhance competence and confidence when applying for roles that will be assessed using a competency-based selection process. This type of course would be quite expensive if attending in the community. The benefits for helping facilitate the transition between graduate and employee are waiting for those who secure a place and thus increasing your chances of gaining that dream job. Please note this course is over 2 Wednesday afternoons. Stage 1 22/02/17; Stage 2 01/03/17 and you must vbe able to attend both dseminars to book.
