Last Week of Skills Development Workshops 2015-16: Problem Solving
What differentiates an optimist from a pessimist? The most successful organisations and individuals change the word problem into “opportunity.” You will be entering environments where the buck will stop with you. This unit introduces you to a range of methods which help identify the sources of problems and provide both theoretical and practical advice to help solve them.
