On the 23rd of November Lawyers Without Borders, Amnesty, and Miscarriages of Justice Awareness Society are holding a Racial Injustice Panel Event.

 

We have a range of speakers, including some students and the following experts:

* Pauline Roberts- Senior Law lecturer at Cardiff University, specialising in Discrimination Law, set to discuss the government’s response to BLM.

* Hussein Said- Representative of BLM Cardiff and Vale, discussing Climate change and race.

* Professor Brawn Gruffydd Jones- an international relations professor.

* Blessing Mukosha Park- An aspiring barrister and blogger who will share her experience as a black female aspiring barrister, and her work with Bridging the Bar. * Frontline Social Work Charity- discussing racial inequality in the social sector.

* Francesca Sobande- Lecturer in Digital Media Studies with expertise in issues related to race, gender, structural inequalities… she will be discussing racial inequality in the media.
