Event Information
Come and join us at our first Give it a Go event of the year! This event is open to people of all abilities, and a perfect chance to learn how to knit or crochet if you are just getting started. In this hour and a half session, we will be getting to know the new members, meeting like minded people and learning about any current projects people have going on. This is a chance to get crafty in a relaxed social environment and learn all there is to know about crocheting and knitting.
The event will be held in the Globe Room in the Student's Union- on the third floor turn right and then left - on the 4th October 5:30 - 7pm - and afterwards we will head to the pub for a social along with anyone who would like to get to know everyone better. It would be ideal if you brought your own equipment and projects, although if you don't have any, not to worry, starter packs of crochet hooks and yarn will be available at the event to purchase for £2, or you can borrow some just for the event to return at the end.
