Join us for an extended practice designed to soothe the body and mind, and provide a well needed break from revision and exams.
This stress busting break will take place at Cathays Community Centre (Main Hall) and is being led by Rhi.
The session will comprise of a 60 minute vinyasa flow, with options to build up a sweat, or take it slow. This will be followed by 30 minutes of yoga nidra, a deeply restorative form of yogic sleep. You do not need to have done yoga or yoga nidra beforehand - it is suitable for all levels.
Please bring with you:
- A yoga mat (message us if you do not have one and we can sort out spares)
- Some cosy clothes, or a blanket
- A pillow or cushion for relaxation (we will be lying down on our backs for some time)
